On-Call Support Operating As Normal

JD COOLING | Covid-19

Currently JD Cooling Group is not directly affected by the worldwide COVID-19 situation. We have in place plans to protect our employees, customers, supply chain and indeed the general public, as per the WHO, PHE and government guidelines.

 

Our on-call service engineering support is at full strength and still operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year helping our customers in a time of need.

 

We don’t know what the future holds with COVID-19 and the impact it may have on our own workforce so whilst the pandemic is still in the early stages, we are working with our customers to ensure that preventative maintenance works are being carried out to reduce the risk of breakdown in busier periods.
