Martin is putting his best Strictly foot forward to raise money for the Cynthia Spencer Hospice Trust

JD COOLING | General

On Saturday 1st December, our very own Martin Nurrish (Contracts Manager) will be taking part in this year’s Strictly Northampton where he will be performing two dances – the Jive and the American Smooth,  on stage at the Royal Derngate Theatre in Northampton to raise money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

Martin and other contestants are given just eight weeks of training to learn Latin American and ballroom dancing before coming head to head to perform for the coveted Strictly Northampton 2018 trophy.

In Martin’s own words “I cannot dance to save my life but I’ve decided to take part in this year’s Strictly Northampton…….Please support me by making a donation and buying tickets for the show online. I will need as much support on the evening as I can get as this will be a good night for all involved and hopefully lots of money will be raised for a good local cause.”

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides a holistic and individualised approach in a safe and caring environment, to give exceptional specialist palliative care to patients and families with life limiting illnesses – supporting them to live their lives, with dignity, kindness and compassion.

Let’s all get behind Martin and support his fantastic efforts for a great cause.
