Service Administrator – East Anglia

The Role

JD Cooling Group are seeking a Service Administrator to join the Service and Maintenance team in King’s Lynn. The role will involve completing administration duties and tasks, supporting the rest of the team and Service Manager.

Main duties will include:

  • Carrying out administration tasks in a timely manner
  • Liaising with team and manager as required
  • Liaising with customers on behalf of the Group

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual who is proactive and organised and can maintain a calm and professional manner in a busy working environment. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently, while continuing to expand knowledge with supervision.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science
