The Role

JD Cooling are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team in King’s Lynn. The Administrator will be responsible for managing the contract documentation and administration requirements for the Service and Maintenance department. Reporting to the Service Supervisors and Manager, the Administrator will be primarily responsible for generating the service and maintenance contracts, organising service schedules and preparing and amending the supporting documentation relating to new and existing customers.

Main duties (not limited to) will include:

  • Generating maintenance contracts and supporting documentation
  • Liaising with the line manager
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Precise record keeping with excellent attention to detail
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Liaising with customers on behalf of the Group

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, organised, and process orientated.

The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail and good administration skills with the ability to work productively in a busy office environment.

 Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (Desirable)
  • Administration experience (Desirable)
